General Manager and Chef Philip Golding put together a team of dedicated professionals over the last 5 years. Together the team deliver a product based on a common vision of excellence and consistency. Classic French Cuisine requires above all discipline and conviction. Talent helps but won't be enough on its own. At the haute-cuisine level, the process of refinement and improvement never ends. So where does this dedication come from? If you ask Bastiaan the restaurant manager or Gov the sous chef or anyone on the team for that matter, the answer may vary from person to person but the gist of it will be the same. It comes from an inexplicable passion for doing things right. Some call it professionalism.
