New Tavern Bar & Music Lounge opens

ANGELES CITY — With the soon to be completed first class Condotel here, the Grand View Tower has launched over the weekend the Tavern Bar and Music Lounge as another alternative gimmick area for local and foreign nationals who longs for world class entertainment.
“The Tavern is an upscale bar and music lounge in the heart of the city where one can just relax and unwind with its soothing ambiance, delectable cuisine and refreshing beverages,” Arnel Torres, owner of the bar and music lounge, said.
orres, who is also a Kapampangan businessman and vice president of the Philippine Land Group, said the place will be the city’s finest place to relax.
The Philippine Land Group Inc. also owns and develops the Grandview Tower, Grandview Heights, and Grandview Heights 2.
The new bar and music lounge is located at the luxurious Grand View Tower Building Complex at Don Juico Avenue, Clark View here.
Torres said guest artists or singers from Manila and local talents are set to perform in the music lounge regularly so as to entice more patrons to visit The Tavern.
Prices of food and drinks will be competitive, but quality service will be the finest in the city.
On its launching, Torres said they invited Jimmy Bondoc, one of the country’s finest musicians, as guest artist to serenade guests led by Grand View Tower President Maurice Van Merkesteijn, Former Clark Airport Executive Vice President Alexander Cauguiran, Clark Development Corporation Director Frankie Villanueva, among others.

The company, Torres said, was awarded as the Most Outstanding Real-Estate Developer for the last two consecutive years by the National Consumers Union of the Philippines.

The Condotel, where the Tavern Bar and Music Lounge is located, will be the first of its kind in Central Luzon, with seven floors molded into a modern paradise.
