Horitiki salad


30gm Kalamata olives
30gm Cherry tomatoes
30gm Red bell pepper
30gm Green bell pepper
40gm Cucumber
30gm Feta cheese
60gm Romaine lettuce

Greek vinaigrette
2tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Shallot
½ tsp Fennel greek
Salt/pepper

Procedure of horitiki salad
Trimmed and wash the romaine lettuce soak into cold water for crispiness, seedless the kalamata olives cut into half ,cherry tomato cut into half, seeded the bell pepper cut into cubes, seeded the cucumber then cut into cubes mixed all the ingredient, feta cheese, feta cheese oil, then tossed in greek vinaigrette to taste salt and pepper.

Procedure of green vinaigrette
In a mixing bowl add red wine vinegar then slow pour the olive oil, then add the shallot and fennel greek to taste salt and pepper.
