150gm Sugar white

Crust:
150gm Butter soft
50 gm White sugar
1 pc Egg
70gm Cashew nuts
100gm Graham crackers
80gm All purpose flour.
Garnishing
1tbsp Blue berries whole
15ml Blue berry sauce
Procedure filling
In a blender, pour cream cheese, sugar blend at low speed, add sour cream, add eggs 1 at a time (30 secs interval) at high speed, add all purpose flour and vanilla extract. Pour cream cheese mixture into the crust. . Pre-heat oven at 160-170 deg. celsius and bake for 20-25 mins. Let it cool then put inside the chiller. Cut into squares for 20 pcs.
Procedure crust:
In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients, spread the mixture into a rectangular pan. Set aside.
