Pan Seared tiger prawns with wilted cream spinach


Ingredients

250g tiger prawn
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 tbsp butter
˝ tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper
1 tsp olive oil

Cream spinach
1 tbsp finely chop garlic
100 gm fresh spinach leave
1 tbsp heavy cream.
1 tsp fresh grated parmesan cheese
Salt/pepper
1 tbsp Olive oil

To prepared the tiger prawn
Devein, Wash, peeled and clean the tiger prawns, then season with salt, fresh white pepper and olive oil.
Reheat the heavy sauté pan add the olive oil, then seared the prawns both side or till cooked sprinkled with lemon juice then cover for more flavor.[set a side]
In same pan add chunk butter and garlic sweat until golden brown then stir the tiger prawns and chop parsley.

To make the cream spinach.
Reheat the sauté pan then add olive oil and garlic sweat until cooked then add the fresh spinach leaves till cooked,then to finish add parmesan cheese and heavy cream to taste salt and pepper.
