Quiche of gourmet cheese with organic mixed leaves and tomato chutney


Egg custard
1pcs Fresh egg
40ml Fresh milk
1tsp Nutmeg
Salt/pepper
30gm Onion leek
30gm Plum tomato
1tbsp Olive oil
1tsp Stilton blue cheese
1tsp Brie cheese
1 tsp Camembert cheese.
2pcs Quiche tart

Organic mixed leaves
20gm Loloroso
20gm Arugula leaf
20gm Romaine lettuce
20gm Lolorosa
1 tbsp Shallot vinaigrette
Salt/pepper

Tomato chutney
50gm Vine tomato
30gm Onion white
1tbsp Olive oil
1pc Bay leaf
1tsp White vinegar
1tsp White sugar
Salt/pepper

Procedure of quiche stuffing
In a mixing bowl whisk the egg, fresh milk, nutmeg, sea salt, pepper white then set a side. Sliced the onion leeks and plum tomato w/o skin, heat the sauté pan add olive oil stir the tomato till translucent then last minute add the onion leeks and crumble of assorted gourmet cheese .filled the quiche with the mixed ingredient on top with crumble of gourmet cheese direct to oven 150 degree f" for 8-10 minute.

Procedure of mixed lettuce
Wash & clean the assorted lettuce set a side. In an ice water box soak the assorted lettuce for crispiness, then hand pick the assorted lettuce and mix all together seasoned with salt and pepper then glazed the shallot vinaigrette.

Procedure of tomato chutney
Skinned the vine tomato then in heavy sauté pan sauté onion and garlic add the tomato dice then add white vinegar, bay leaf, chop assorted herbs, sugar white to taste salt and pepper.
