UPANG maging epektibo ang kampanya laban sa anumang krimen sa Pampanga, magtatayo ng mga Community Police Centers (Compac) ang Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPPO).
Sang-ayon kay Senior Superintendent Edgar Tinio, PPPO director, napag-usapan na nila umano ni Gubernadora Lilia Pineda ang planong pagtatayo ng mga Compac.
Sa kasalukuyan, ayon kay Tinio, naghahanap muna ang PPPO at ang Provincial Government ng mga lugar na pagtatayuhan ng mga Compac na ito.
Ang mga titirikan ng mga Compac ang nagiging problema sa pagtatayo ng mga nasabing establistamento, ayon pa kay Tinio.
Ang mga Compac ay binabalak itayo ng PPPO sa mga bayan na pawing boundaries kagaya ng Floridablanca, Mabalacat, Porac, Mexico, Apalit, San Simon at Lubao.
Sa Floridablanca, ayon kay Tinio, dalawa ang itatatayong Compac para ma-monitor ang mga lawless elements dahil mayroon itong lagusan patungong Dinalupihan, Bataan.
Ang walong nasabing itatayong mga Compac sa lalawigan ng Pampanga ay mabisa o epektibo upang masabat o masilo ang mga lawless elements na papasok, pahayag pa ni Tinio.
Sa mga nasabing Compac ay combined ang Philippine National Police (PNP) at Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) personnel na magbabantay.
Kumpleto ang pasilidad sa mga Compac at mayroon ding mga patrol vehicles para sa paghabol sa mga kriminal.
Sang-ayon kay Tinio, nagka-usap na sila ni General Gener Catapang ng AFP na nakatalaga sa Central Luzon para sa nasabing proyekto nito sa Compac.
Ang itatayong mga Compac ay popondohan mismo ni Gob Pineda at maging iyong mga patrol vehicles.
Kaya laking pasasalamat ni Tinio sa mga tulong at malaking suporta sa Pampanga Police ng mabait at energetic na Gobernadora.

641 new police recruits, sumumpa
Umaabot sa 641 new police recruits ang nag-oath taking kahapon sa harap ng Administrative Building ng Police Regional Office-3 (PRO3) headquarters.
Si Chief Superintendent Edgar Ladao, PRO3 police director, ang personal na nag-administer ng oath taking at syempre, kasama nito si Senior Superintendent Agripino Javier, head ng Regional Personnel and Human Doctrine Resources.
Sa 641 new police recruits, 534 ang lalake at 107 ang babae. Sila ay may ranggong Police Officer 1 (PO1).
Sa mga new police recruits, congrats at sana ay maging mabuti kayong mga pulis at huwag ninyong gamitin ito sa ibang bagay na makakasira sa imahe ng PNP.
