Mangio gets additional professional licenses

MEXICO — Multi-awarded architect and The Lakeshore Estate master planner Nestor Mangio recently earned two new licenses from the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC).
Mangio took his oath at the PRC for his third and fourth two professional licenses as Interior Designer and as a Real Estate Broker.
The two new licenses are additions to his existing licenses as professional architect which he acquired after taking the board licensure examination right after graduating from the College of Architecture at the University of Santo Tomas.
His professional environmental planner license was earned in 1995 after he took his post graduate studies at the Harvard Graduate School of Design in Boston, Massachusetts. There he completed the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate.
Mangio is currently the chairman and president of Central Country Estate Inc., owner and developer of The Lakeshore. He is the president of N.S. Mangio Construction and Development Corporation and Principal Architect/Environmental (Urban) Planner of Nestor Mangio Architects and Associates where his son, Architect Brian John Mangio is a Managing Partner. His daughter Julie Anne Mangio, a graduate of Interior Design, assists in the firm.
Mangio is also a partner of EcoSolutions, a fully integrated design firm of engineers which specializes in sustainable buildings and urban master planning. He also holds two important quasi government posts, as chairman of Clark International Airport Corporation and chairman of The Subic Clark Alliance for Development Council.
