Yats Restaurant & Wine Bar is renowned for its wine selection boasting over 2700 lines in its wine list. This wine list is supported at the first level by two walk-in cellars which in turn are reinforced by 5 large cellars located in the Clark Wine Center. Together, over 30,000 bottles of wine are stored in 24-hour temperature controlled facilities. Smack in the center of the Yats Restaurant Grill Room Dining Area is the “Main” Cellar which also separates the dining floor from the wine bar Magnum Room. The 1500-bottle Main Cellar houses the most expensive bottles and oldest vintages in the Yats collection. Another 3500 bottles are stored in the Wine Cave cellars located in the alfresco garden dining areas. Special arrangements can be made in advance for a private tour of the cellars. Otherwise these cellars are off limits to guests to avoid unnecessary disturbance to the fragile bottles.
