THEME OF THIS UPCOMING WINE EVENT IN CLARK
The theme of this wine appreciation event in Clark Pampanga is a comparative tasting of vintage wines from four different age groups, separated roughly 7-8 years apart.
This gives participants a good opportunity to appreciate the nuances of fine vintage wines as they evolve with age. Vintage wines are not as readily available to wine lovers here in Pampanga, Manila or any other parts of the Philippines. Special wine tasting events like this one organized by Pampanga’s leading wine shop Clark Wine Center help expose Philippines wine drinkers to the unique ability of wine to evolve and often improve with age inside the bottle.
For this wine tasting in Clark Pampanga in September, four groups of wine are offered, namely:
Young Wines: Vintage 2009 and younger
Wine with Some Bottle Age: Vintage 2008 to 2001
Wines approaching their prime: Vintage 2000 to 1993
Matured Vintage Wine: Vintage 1992 to 1983
Ticket price is p450- if purchased in advance, p800 on the day at the gate.
